At Muse Plus Vues, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product you're not 100% satisfied with, you can return it for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

For exchanges and replacements, a delivery charge applies.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original delivery charges.

However, if the replacement is needed due to an error on our part, we will cover the delivery charge to retrieve the original item and send you the replacement.

To request a return or exchange, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The original receipt is a must for an exchange or refund.

Any product you wish to return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Muse Plus Vues will only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition by the customer. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

You cannot exchange an order more than one time.

Refunds are only available in cases where there are strong, justifiable reasons.

The timeline for the refund process to complete will be between 7 to 10 working days after the refund is claimed.
